耐える時ですが、結婚される方・出産される方はいらっしゃいますね。素晴らしいバイオリニストも無事に御出産されました！！

お祝い事があるのは、やっぱり、良いものですね！

　We are worried right now, but there are couples who get married and people who give birth.A wonderful violinist also gave birth safely! !It was good!!After all, it is a good thing that there is a celebration!

さて、日本人でも、ちょっと不案内・・・外国人にはサッパリ分からないであろう 掛け紙・熨斗紙や水引のマナーを、今回は記事にしてみます。

Well, even Japanese people don't have a bit of confidence.I will try to make an article about the manners of the paper and the string to hang on the box of the gift which the foreigner will not understand this time.

熨斗紙　NOSHI-GAMI

熨斗や水引が印刷してある紙。贈答品を包むのに用いられます。

細長く六角形に折られた色紙の中に、熨斗鮑を小さくきられたもの、あるいは黄色い紙を貼ったもの，また，その形を印刷したもの。

Paper printed by Noshi and Mizuno-hiki. It is used to wrap gifts.In a colored paper folded into an narrow hexagon, a small piece of persimmon, or a yellow piece of paper, or a print of its shape.

のし鮑とは、元は、儀式用の肴（さかな）に用いられた鮑の薄切りを、ビヨーンと よく伸ばされた後に干されたものです。

のちに、贈り物に添えられるようになりました。

でも、実物の のし鮑は高価な上、手に入りにくくなりましたので、絵に描かれるようになりました。右上のイラストがそれです。

Nosyawabi was originally dried after the thin slices of salmon used in ritual dishes were often stretched.Later, it was added to the gift.However, the real nosing was expensive and it became more and more likely to be available, so I came to be drawn in the picture. The illustration on the top right is it.

日本では、きちんとした贈り物には贈り物の箱の上から熨斗紙がかけられます。（掛けるとは取り付ける set 意味です）

In Japan, formal gifts are papered from the top of a box of gifts. (Kekelu means set to be attached.)

水引　MIZU-HIKI

 こよりに米糊（のり）を引いて干し固めたものを3本か5本並べて固めたものです。贈り物の飾り紐として使われます。

お祝い（慶事）には赤と白色を、

おくやみ（弔事）には黒と白色や、黒や黄色の水引と決まっています。

水引の結び方にも決まりがあります。

結婚祝いの場合は、紅白の水引が結び切りに結ばれます。

結び切りは決して解けない。離婚がないように、の気持ちが表されています（しかし、甚だ問題があると分かった伴侶とは離れた方が宜しいこともありますね）

何度あっても良いとされるお祝い（出産など）には紅白の蝶々結びの水引が使われます。

水引の上部の真ん中にはお祝いの種類が描かれます。

お見舞いならお見舞いと描かれます。

写真の文字は「残暑御見舞い」とあります。（これは簡易なスタンプ。筆で書かれる方がもっと丁寧です）

写真では蝶々結び下が空白ですが、そこには普通、送り主の名前が書かれます。

The letters written in the brush are more polite.)In this picture, the bottom of the butterfly knot is blank, but the name of the sender is usually written there.

水引をかける　tie a gift with red and white [black and white] paper strings.

有名なお話。

トムクルーズは、日本で通訳の方に、お歳暮の謂れを聞き、12月に、その通訳さんへお歳暮を贈ったそうです。

（デパートでは掛け紙と文字を書くのと 発送を全て代行してくれます。今はネットショップでもそれを対応するところもあるようです）

外部からの楽屋への差し入れには　楽屋御見舞い（1カ月など長い公演）・公演お祝い・などが贈られるか、持参されます。
