　　登場人物は二人：胡蝶の精と僧

僧は奈良県吉野の山奥に住んでいる。

吉野は春は山を染める桜の花で有名だが田舎。山奥には風雅さがなく、都とは比べ物にならない。その田舎の僧は、風雅な京都の梅の花が見たくなり、旅に出た。

後年、先の能舞台で胡蝶役を演じるに当り。ラストのシーンに、この写真が思い浮かびました。

日本の梅の花の季節は冬から早春。つまり、蝶の季節ではありません。

温かい季節の蝶が、寒い季節の梅の花に触れられないのは自然なことですが・・・

　Commentary：The season of plum blossoms of Japan is early spring from winter.That is not the season for butterflies. It is natural that butterflies in the warm season cannot touch the plum blossoms in the cold season.

ルノワールのこの素晴らしい言葉が、アーティストと呼ばれるわたくしたちの本分であり、戒めでありますね。

今回、コラボレーションを制作したことで、あらためて、実感しました。
