三十石舟　SAN-JYUKKOKU-BUNE

[ 摂州浪花より、城州伏見に至るに此舟を用。其流十里。淀川を往来す。朝に大坂に乗て、夕へに着。是を昼舟と云、夕へに乗て朝にいたる、是を夜舟と云。伏見よりくだるも又しかり。荷物および多く旅客を装（よそおい）乗せて乗合舟とす ]「和漢船用集」より

（摂津の国の浪花・八軒家から、山城の国の伏見間の約40kmは、淀川を使った乗合の三十石舟で朝か夕方に出発）

三十石舟

元は、お米三十石相当が積める舟を指していました。

それが江戸時代に[ 旅人の交通手段の舟 ] を指すようになった。

三十石舟の最盛期には171艘も稼働していたそうです！

１艘で32人（加子＝船員4名含む）を運べたそうです。

京都からの下りは流れに乗って

半日で行き来していたそうです！

淀川の流れに逆らう上りは1日、

又は ひと晩かかりました。大阪行きは倍かかったのですね！

ここは、おけいはん＝京阪電車の天満橋駅の裏手です。

日本三大祭の天神祭＝大阪天満宮の夏祭りは背後の川でも執り行われます。陰暦6月25日（現在は7月25日）宵宮に鉾（ほこ）流し神事があり，本祭の船渡御は有名。。

天神祭は夏の季語。

当時の旅は歩くのが普通。馬は武士のもの。籠は高価。

京や浪花見物はもちろん、お商売での買い付けや出張の庶民たちには荷物も積める三十石舟はとっても便利だったことでしょう。

『三十石で行け！』（急ぎで行け / サッサと行けの意）

蕎麦は江戸、と思い込んではいませんか？

東京の名店「砂場」は大坂が発祥の地なのです。

「砂場」今の大阪市西区新町あたりとか。

（粋な立地だったのですね）

都では白い蕎麦が好まれました。

色白の蕎麦にするには、

その為の製粉技術が必要だそうです。

ザラにはない高級蕎麦として、価値があったのでしょう
