歌麿　「五人美人愛敬競　松葉屋喜瀬川」

浮世絵に描かれた人気の遊女たちは、涼を呼ぶツールのうちわにもリッチさを求めたようで「京うちわ」がお気に入り。

Popular harlots drawn to the ukiyoe print liked "Kyoto round fan".They found Rich to the round fan of the tool which caused cool air.

Les catins populaires attirées aux caractères d'ukiyoe ont aimé "Kyoto le ventilateur rond". Ils ont trouvé Rich au ventilateur rond de l'outil qui a provoqué de l'air frais.

髪型は 燈籠鬢（とうろうびん。横に大きく透かして張りだされる生え際の髪（鬢）が 燈籠の笠に似ているところからネーミング）

べっ甲かんざしをリッチに挿しているモデルは

喜瀬川さん。

（江戸吉原の江戸町1丁目 松葉屋半左衛門抱えの遊女。歌麿は彼女を多く描いてます。「五人美人愛敬競」と書かれている脇の「判じ絵」は 松葉、矢(や)・煙管の上部(きせ)・川・→ 松葉屋喜瀬川と読ませています）

手な髪飾りは、若い遊女

大きい櫛と、前挿しは左右に３本ずつ。後ろ挿しは左右１本ずつ。笄（こうがい）１本のかんざし。

髷の根は 赤い布と白い紙で作った丈長、紙縒（こより）を束ねたような髪飾り。

紙縒ブレスレットは、願掛けや恋人との約束として右手首に紙縒を巻くのが流行ったそうで、喜瀬川さんは、左手に。

「団扇絵（うちわえ）」当時の人々は 自分の団扇へ貼ったそうです。好みに着せ替えられたのですね。

多作の広重は、団扇絵も多作だそうです。

人気ゆえにオファーが多かったからでしょうね。

ですが、花鳥を扱った作品は少なくて、

朝顔が描かれたこの作品は貴重だそうです。

　朝顔の花と葉の陰に・・・キリギリス。

歌川国貞や渓斎英泉と同時代の国芳は、意外に美人画が少ないそうです。

当時、人気の団扇絵には国芳も、北斎や広重のように美人画が多く描いたそうです。

　夜、にわか雨に、あわてて駆け出す女性。印影や遠近法が無くても、動きがありますね。

国芳美人は、鼻は細め、あごが出てるのが特徴的です。

歌川国芳（うたがわくによし）Kuniyoshi UTAGAWA 江戸時代後期を代表的する浮世絵師の1人。

寛政9～文久元年(1797-1861) 江戸の染物屋に生を受ける。

幼い頃から絵を好み、初代 歌川豊国に師事。武者絵が最も得意だったそうですが、役者絵、美人画、風景画、戯画と、さまざまな分野の錦絵を製作。西洋画からも着想を得て翻案した作品は、デザイン的にも優れたオリジナリティーが感じられます。

天保の改革に際しては、幕府を風刺した武者絵や、らくがきに見立てた役者似顔絵など、己が芸で反骨を表しました。

One of the Ukiyoe artists to work as representative as for him in last part of Edo era.He who liked pictures studied under first Toyokuni UTAGAWA since he was young.He was the best at a picture of samurai in combat.He produced a picture of a kabuki actor, a painting of beauties, paysage, a caricature and the color woodblock print of various fields.He adapted a work with an idea from a Western painting. As for them, superior originality is felt for designing it.A picture of samurai in combat which satirized the Shogunate by the Reform of the Tempo Era announced the actor portraits which chose so that taking the ease came. As for him, oneself expressed rebellious spirit by art for bad law to torment the common people.
