着物の鉄則は季節感！
The golden rule of kimono is a sense of the seasonsI !
Always talk about this, whether to Japanese people or foreigners.
日本人へも、フォリナーへも、必ず お話しします
悪いことに、昨今の異常気象は、日本の四季が・・・
来日フォリナーズが憧れた「ハッキリした四季」が 狂ってしまって・・・
ですので、薄物も6月末から９月の１週目まで着て良い！気温で決めれば良いです
風の匂いや感じから「季節の移ろい」に気付く
月を見上げる
上弦下弦の月がわかる
季節の行事の意味を知ってる
自然な 日本らしさが、特に都会の人々から抜けていってるような・・・
けれど、伝統のものごとには、今も変わらず 季節感は重視されます
着物と帯の 色・柄・素材・降り方も、四季のセンス
（春に 秋の紅葉もようはヘン、というような 自然な感性が大事！）
来日したての白人が、こんなことを言うたわ・・・
「夏のカケジクに、なぜ夏の景色？暑いのだから、ボクなら雪の絵を飾りたい」
彼は、わかってなかったの
暑い夏が（確かに京都盆地の夏冬はキビシイ）美しい秋に欠かせないことも、
底冷えの冬があってこそ 美しい春になることも
季節は、地球と一緒に、必ず巡るものです
けど、毎回、違う
人が違う、会話が違う、風が違う、自分も同じやない
物を見る目・感じ方に 成長や視野の広がりを自覚することもありますね
毎度が、生涯たった1度の、その時
よーく覚えてることの２つや３つ、誰しもが持っているはずね
掛軸の景色は、詩のような。物語のような、
人の記憶にある想い・情景を想起させる
掛軸の絵は、単なる道具でも、飾りでもないの
「暑いから雪の絵」の発想には、大事なことが欠けてます
着物も同じ
ただ、着物や帯の柄は、[季節チョイ先取り] はオシャレとされてます
夏着物に 秋の七草柄は、先人のセンス
「早よ 涼しゅうなってーーー」
唯一無二の価値である 伝統のかけがえなさを 理解してなければ、
デタラメでも売れればいいと考える着物屋と、
「類は友を呼ぶ」の縁が繋がってしまい、チグハグしてしまい・・・
もっとも残念なのは、それによって、着る人の品がなくなること
みなさん
和装では、絶対に 女性としての品を上げる気配りをしてね
と、いうのは、UKの振袖のお婆さん？！を オシャレだと持ち上げた番組があったとか？！
・・・それは 完全な間違い！！！ 日本のTVがそのザマでは危機感しかない
日本の着物には、年齢もあるの！
「振袖は、子供以上かつ、ミスだけの着物です」
（それを演じる役柄の衣装には、演者の年齢性別は関係しない）
知らないことは、学べば良いだけです
学びの規制も邪魔も されない国ですし、
自国の文化なのだから！！！
わたくしは、和の伝統を作る人も、
使う人も、正しく伝える人も、どなたも好き
聞く耳持たない世代や、知りもしない世代がいくらいたって、
次代へ繋ごうと努力される方は、尊敬に値しますね！
Unfortunately, these days, the unusual weather is messing up Japan's four seasons—the clear-cut seasons that visiting foreigners admired are getting all mixed up... You can notice seasonal changes from the smell and feeling of the wind, look up at the moon and tell the difference between the waxing and waning moons, and know the meaning of seasonal events.
This natural Japanese-ness seems to be particularly disappearing from people in cities... Nevertheless, traditional items still place great importance on seasonal awareness.
The colors, patterns, materials, and draping of kimonos and obi also match the sense of the seasons (like how a pattern of autumn leaves in spring looks off—having a natural sensitivity is important!).
A newly arrived Westerner once said, "Why is there a summer scene on a summer hanging scroll? It's hot, so if it were me, I'd want to put up a picture of snow." He didn’t understand that, indeed,
Kyoto's summers and winters are harsh, but a hot summer is essential for a beautiful autumn, and only after a chilly winter can spring be beautiful. Seasons inevitably cycle with the Earth, yet each time is different. People are different, conversations are different, the wind is different, and you yourself change. Sometimes we even realize growth and broadening perspectives in the way we see and feel things. Every moment is once-in-a-lifetime!
The scenes on hanging scrolls evoke memories and feelings in such a poetic, narrative way. Hanging scrolls aren’t just tools or decorations. The idea of "it's hot, so let's use a snow picture" completely misses the important point.
The same goes for kimonos! However, in kimonos and obi, [slightly anticipating the season] is considered fashionable. Wearing a summer kimono with a pattern of autumn flowers is the sense of the ancestors! "Hurry up and cool down already!"
If you don’t understand the irreplaceable value of tradition, some kimono shops will think it’s fine as long as they can sell things even if they’re random, which leads to mismatched pairings and a chain reaction... The saddest part is that this causes those wearing them to lose their elegance!
Everyone, when wearing Japanese clothing, always be mindful to elevate your elegance as a woman! There was even a program that introduced an elderly lady in a UK-style furisode as fashionable?! That is completely wrong!! How embarrassing! Japanese TV is so low-level that it only gives a sense of crisis.
Even with Japanese kimonos, there are manners depending on your age! "Furisode are kimonos only for children and unmarried women."
(For costumes worn by characters in performances, the age or gender of the actor doesn’t matter.)
If you don’t know something, you can just learn it.
We live in a country where learning isn’t restricted or hindered, and it’s our own culture, after all!!! I like everyone—people who create Japanese traditions, people who use them, and people who teach them correctly.
Even if generations who won’t listen or don’t know anything come in droves, I respect those who make the effort to pass things on to the next generation!
